Billing questions
When will I be charged?
Never during the trial unless you choose a plan. If you subscribe before the trial ends, your first charge happens when the trial ends.
What happens if I hit my plan limit?
Plans with overage keep sending; others pause new sends until the next period or an upgrade. Your existing records are never deleted because of a limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer invoices and annual billing?
Yes — every plan has annual billing, and invoices and receipts are available in the app and by email.
